Every item is tagged with our exclusive, bar-coded garment tag. This synthetic tag identifies the job name, the item description and the claim number. Then, at each step of the restoration process the tag is scanned to assure total control of every item on every claim.

Every bag and every box is bar coded, including unacceptable and uncleanable items.  This virtually eliminates the chance for items to become lost or misplaced during storage.
